Merger with President Sales Co., Ltd. under the management and operation of President Automobile Industries Co., Ltd. Increase the registered and paid-up capital from 270 million Baht to 370 million Baht. Expand a new branch to use as a domestic sales office of 380 square meters and warehouse of 2,400 square meters in order to distribute products to target customers.
